Controlling two pneumatic cylinders

Here I explain how to design the control and power circuits of two pneumatic cylinders. Functioning When the start  push button is press, the valve v1  energise which causes the cylinder to extern right up to the position of s1 . When the limit switch s1  is reached, the coil y1  energise which helps to deactivate v1  and return the piston back to the position of s0  with the help of a spring.Once s0  is reach, another coil y2  is energise which helps to deactivate y1  for the sequence to loop automatically.You can watch the simulation video to see how it works.

It is an undeniable truth that electric motors(induction motors) are the most widely used machines in all industries around the world for driving conveyors, pumping of liquids or petroleum products in conduits especially in oil companies.
